Today’s Moron – Stefan Frederick Cook
This guy, a United States Army Major, due to deploy to Afghanistan, has decided he doesn’t want to go because he feels that President Barack Obama’s birth certificate is not real, thus making him not eligible to be Commander in Chief as a non-US citizen. He has actually filed suit in court with this stupid allegation. Now, I know there are some of these conspiracy theorists out there, but they are few and far between. Doesn’t this moron know that the Republican Party would have exhausted all possible efforts to prove this already if it was in fact true? Apparently, this moron just wants to dodge his duty in the military.
So, he thinks he is standing up for something, when, in fact, he is just a pathetic wimp that is making up some ridiculous reason to justify he is a scared little pansy that doesn’t want to defend his country. What about those that are going and won’t have him there to help? If I was in the army, I would be pretty steamed at this moron. I guess not all men in the military are honorable and courageous. This one should get a dishonorable discharge for being a simpleton moron!

The Daily Moron Update – This idiot actually won his case and his orders to go to Afghanistan were rescinded by the Army. What kind of judge would rule this way on this case and let this pussy idiot get away with deserting his military duty? An asshole of a judge, I imagine.

Pussy? How many times have you raised your right hand? Cook is maintaining loyalty to his oath of office, which is to the Constitution of the United States, not to the president.
Obama hasn’t yet shown a birth certificate. If it was so easy, he’d do it.
The only pussies are the “Republicans” who have apparently almost all been neutered to become 1980’s Democrats- lots of power but no balls.

Actually, the case was dismissed, so no judge made that ruling. A reservist can ask for his orders to be revoked at any time before he is deployed if he volunteers. Since this guy filed his suit a week after volunteering, he obviously had this agenda from the start. His career is over.
