Its not as simple as just passing a law that the Supreme Court must uphold. The Supreme Court has decided that the Constitution itself allows corporations to make political contributions. This is scary, and goes against previous court interpretations going back a hundred years. It appears that this court is bent on distorting previous laws and the Constitution to say whatever they want. It is odd to me that any American could twist things in favor of allowing Corporations to have more control than they already have. Very scary.

It is not respect that matters (The Court is appointed for life, so that opinions don't impede the work they do)

this is not moron of the month.

If the liberal controlled Executive Branch and the liberal controlled Legislative Branch of government disagrees with the Supreme Court's decision, the answer to them and the execution of the change wanted is simple, direct and constitutional: Pass a law and the supreme court must uphold it, if found to be constitutional. If the law is not within our constitution, it has no place in America, regardless of opinion and emotion.
